By using this site and/or the services offered within these web pages, you are legally and morally agreeing to the following:
Anyone under 18 must have adult consent for booking, and perhaps attending sessions (depending on age).
Anyone attending a session must be polite and respectful, even if ‘stuff’ comes up no aggression will be tolerated and the session will cease, no refunds given if a session comes to an end in such event.
All services are subject to availability, offered for purposes of guidance and assistance, and given at our discretion and convenience.
Yin Essentials is not to be held responsible for any services offered herein, and reserves the right to refuse or end services at any time.
You are solely responsible for your own self, life-path and the fulfilment of your life’s purpose. The accuracy or effectiveness of any services cannot be guaranteed.

Full session charge is applied for all sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time**
If you should phone late or arrive late, the time may be deducted from your appointment as there is a schedule and other people to consider, and refunds cannot be given. If your session can run over to make up the time you missed, it is as our discretion.

**Refunds:
Your session must be cancelled before 24 hours in advance, for you to be given a full refund. Any other cancellations, after this time will not be refunded. A reschedule may be possible, as Yin Essentials discretion.
Delivery of Services:
If you booked an ‘in person’ appointment/package, please wait for a confirmation email or text message before assuming that the Theta Healing session has been booked for you. If you have booked an online appointment, less than 24 hrs in advance, please send me a text, as I may not have been in a place with signal, so may not have recieved the booking.
Otheriwise expect service to be at the time and date that you have booked.
