Online Yin Yoga Offering - NOT currently running

'Inner Connection' Yin Yoga offering on a Wednesday evening at 7.30pm, is now being offered, from the comfort of your own home! I use the platform ZOOM, which you can download to your device (click at the bottom of page with instructions).

I have produced a sliding cost scale depending on your current 'income' situation, being self employed myself your support would be welcome, but I come from the heart so am offering a very cheap option if you have no income - see below on booking link.

Once you have booked your space you will be sent an email with the ZOOM link for the actual ‘LIVE’ class.

I will using the platform 'zoom' for our online class.

You can download zoom for FREE (link below) for your laptop or phone, you can also just click the link I send you after booking your slot. If your device takes you through to zoom, and it states the 'meeting hasn't started' then you won't have to download the app. Any other message saying cannot connect you, then download app may be advisable.

It is easy to do.

After booking your slot, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting, the zoom link for you to click will be on the confirmation email. 

I will see you on Wednesday at the allocated time - 7.30pm start, but 7.15 for people to join, set up your space, 15 minutes early to make sure you get on.
